When should I RSVP by?

Do I have a plus one?

Unfortunately, due to venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those listed on the invitation.

Are kids allowed?

We love your little ones, but we kindly request that our wedding events be an adults-only celebration. We hope you enjoy a night or two off to relax and celebrate with us!

What time does the ceremony start?

Please arrive between 4:00-4:15pm for a welcome cocktail in the garden. If you are late you will not be allowed into the ceremony. Yes, ATL friends, that means you have to be on time for the first time ever :)

What should I wear?

We have suggested attire on the schedule page. All of the wedding activities and wedding day events will take place outside.

Is transportation provided from my hotel to Castello di Petrata?

Yes, transportation will be provided for the welcome party and the wedding day. Please plan your own taxi for the pool party. Welcome party pickup is 6:00pm, departure 9:30-11:30pm. Wedding day pickup 3:30pm, departures 11:30pm-1:30am. If you wish to leave earlier or later than the departure window, please tell your driver on the way there. Please get your own transportation to and from the pool party. You hotel and our wedding venue will be able to call taxi's for you or you may arrange a driver.

What’s the weather like in Assisi?

Late May in Assisi is known for its comfortable temperatures. Warm during the day, low 70s, and cool during the evenings, low 50s.

 

What can I expect if I’m glamping?

Glamping at Castello Di Petrata is like staying in a hotel, but instead you’re immersed in nature. The glamping area has daily housekeeping, real beds, fresh linens and towels, electrical outlets, clothes hangers, and modern shared toilets/showers (men + women separately).

Europe is requiring more travel authorizations in 2026, what do I need for Italy?

your passport should be valid for at least three months beyond your intended stay. Visa's, COVID requirments, ETIAS are NOT needed. You will need an ETIAS is you are traveling in Q4 of 2026, since our wedding is May 2026, this isn't required. We will let our guests know if travel requirements change. ​
